Business services refers to all the specialists who contribute to the success of the business but who aren’t fee earners. It includes Administration, BD, Client onboarding, Facilities, IT, People and Talent, and Marketing.
These are roles where you can really learn what goes on in the various areas and learn more about where your longer-term career aspirations are. As a small firm we are responsive and welcome the input from everyone. Many of our early career business services people are playing an influential role in other parts of the business such as getting involved in our Sustainability Committee, the People’s Network or Sports & Social.
